My home folder is mistakenly hidden. All the pictures and videos remian hidden due to that. Can't access them through media. I've tried to unhid it but I can't do it. I go to files/Device/Showhidden/Home/Pictures to see my photos.
I even select menu/properties but can't unhidden it as it is blocked and greyed, Already ticked.
Help me. Please

Sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue with your device folders.

To clarify, you are unable to locate your Media Folder? Or all of your BlackBerry media files? 

If you were to connect to a computer using Mass Storage mode (see http://bbry.lv/xzapC9) are you able to locate the BlackBerry folder?  If so, does it appeared greyed out? 

What is your device software version? Have you removed your battery and reinserted it?
