A few days ago I received a message that my accounts were now activated, but my accounts have been active for over a year, and working fine. Now I can only receive emails, not send from my BB Bold. No issues with accounts from computer, just from BB. I can't forward, or send original messages..Any ideas?

This may be an issue from your email provider's security cirtificate checking. Delete the email account in the phone, and re-enter the details. If you get the message asking if you trust the email account and or its cirfificate accept it.
