Can't set up email on my new BB Bold

I ran over my Blackberry 9300 with my wheelchair!  Bought a Blackberry Bold.I am trying to set up my email but it doesn't work because "there is another blackberry with the same email address,etc".  What do I do?  I am technically handicapped to put it mildly!!!!Thank you

Is your old BlackBerry still functioning?  If so, you can do a device transfer using BlackBerry Desktop Software.  If not, try typing www.blackberry.com/integrate in the browser of your new BlackBerry.  You should be able to set up your email address using that method.
