I'm suffering the same thing. I've charged about 2 hours. It reboots and when I turn it on, it still draining. I try to charge it again, it appears white background and wrote app error - reset. What am I supposed to do? Im worried.

its an hard step but it works as i had done it on my same model bb9000
bull out battery frm phone give some shocks using another battery irrespective of what it is ment for i.e of your laptop,ups or even of your any electrical equipment. But Make sure u have to repeat the process for five to eight times and each shock shoud not be more than two-three seconds. Afterwards charge your mobile using ur regular charger for couple of hours and start using it.

Leave the device to charge 2-3 hours, and then, still connected to the charging cable, remove the the battery from the device a few seconds and reinsert it. If it boots--leave it to charge to 100% (check Options > Status for the percentage). If it doesn't reboot on the first attempt, leave it several more hours. I've had one charge for two days before it came back to life after an extreme battery depletion. Every 3-4 hours, with the device still connected to the charger, you can remove and replace the battery to see if it reboots.
If this doesn't help, please post back.
