Hi there. All of a sudden I cannot hear people when I call on the handset. I have reset everything, battery pull, deleted flashlight and it worked but now it's back to now working. (Fyi - I didn't re-install flashlight). The other person can hear me but I cannot hear them. The speaker phone works and if I put headphones in I can hear the other person. It seems odd that it stopped working and then worked and now it's not working again. I also cannot open or close BB App World and have tried to delete/reinstall numerous times.
