When I try to purchase an app from App World, I get an error message (11300) that the payment system isn't available and try again later. This has been going on for a while. Is there another issue going on?
I have wi-fi connectivity, strong 3G signal, and BB services.
Hmmm, I am suspecting a similar situation I had with a 10000 error code. Do you have a payment plan with a credit card and or Paypal account set up in app world?
On a whim, I re-entered my credit card information and now things are working. It had sounded like some kind of connectivity problem, but I think it was just associated with payment method. Reminder to all developers to make sure your error messages are clear and accurate! Thanks for the help!
O cool, glad it works. I know how frustrating this is. I had gone for over a year not being able to purchase anything (error 10000). The current work around is to disassociate the bank #s and open with a new Paypal. It ends up being Digital River problem who are the $$ company that handles the payment system. :\
