Cannot one single UAE bbm users

Hi I am tryng to add my friend back on bbm.. yes he was on bbm before but now for the past few weeks i been not able to add him he is in UAE. Please help!! the same was happening when a frnd of mine was trying to add me and he was also in UAE.. Duno whats happening!

How are you trying to add BBM contacts? Using PIN or email?

If you're trying to add your friend using the PIN.. it also, a best to send a PIN-to-PIN & see whether you both of you have the proper BB connectivity.. If the PIN status says delivered, then simply both of you delete the request & eith one of you send a request Smiley Wink
