Cannot set up bbm

Hi.. i have a problem to set up bbm.. the screen always display "a temporary bbm server error has occured". how to solve the problem? can someone help me?

You need to make sure that you are connected to your network provider to do this go to... Press BB key > Manage connections > tick box where it states "mobile network" If this is already done you need to make sure that you have BlackBerry services activated to swiftly find this on the home screen look at you signal strength if you see the blackberry logo next to 3G then you are connected or if you are on EDGE or GRPS make sure that they are in capital letters and not in lowercase. I hope this helps.
