Cant access internet on PAYG sim card on Vodafone UK network

Hi,

 

On my old phone I could access the net on my PAYG sim card but now cant with new Bold 9700.

 

Any ideas ??

You will need to contact your wireless provider and ensure that the data plan is provisioned for the new phone. If you are still having issues you can try the following:

 

1)      On the Home screen, click “Options” -> “Advanced Options” -> “Host Routing Table”

2)      Display the Menu by pressing the Menu Key and select “Register Now”

3)      Confirm that the User receives a registration message.

There is nothing on the advanced options so it must be an issue with my network provider so I have contacted them.
