I bought a new car hands free and best buy set it up> i can only answer the phone by pressing the talk button on my cell. it will not let me use any voice controll on the device but i can hear people talk and talk to them. Even when someone calls i have to press talk on my phone to answer. i had a different headset and that one did the same thing and worked on my wifes phone. I went into the menue on my phone and all boxes were checked for hands free and exc. Can anyone help me please.
