i had purchased Blackberry Bold 5 and had major hanging problem in Device and gave the device to Blackberry Service Center in Gandhidham, Kutch, Gujarat managed by Avani Electronics, Shop No. 35, Mani Complex, Plot No. 84, Sector 8, Gandhidham (Kutch) on 20th October, 2012 I.E. AFTER A GAP OF 60 DAYS
I was given replaced SET on 26th December, 2012 which was not mine but i was assured that company had sent me this replaced set
To my Surprise, the replaced set did not work properly and again i gave it in the same blackberry service center on 31-Dec, 2012
MORE THAN 80 DAYS HAVE PASSED BUT STILL I AM DEPRIVED OF MY BLACKBERRY HANDSET
CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT IS THE USE OF SPENDING RS 30000 ON SUCH EXPENSIVE BLACKBERRY HANDSETS WHEN THE COMPANY CANNOT GIVE AFTER SALES SERVICE ND ONE HAS TO BE DEPRIVED OF THEIR BLACKBERRY HANDSET FOR AS LON AS 140 DAYS
I AM REALLY REALLY DEPRESSED AND ALL MY PATIENCE HAS ENDED
