I just got thei new Bold and the darn thing re-boots about 4/5 times and hour. It's an enterpriise (work) blackberry so because of security I cant use my computer desktop with it. Is there a fix I can do from the unit itself?

Hi bethmore and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums!
It sounds like you have some policies around your work that will limit what can be done. I would recommend backing up and reloading the BlackBerry® device software, however, we are unable to without the BlackBerry® Desktop Software.
I would recommend contacting your IT department regarding this as they may be able to resolve it for you.

Is it a 9790?
If it is get used to it, it's a garbage device.
I'm on my 2nd 9790 and 3rd battery.
This is one of the worst phones I have ever puchased I do not think I will ever buy another Rimm product and I'm going to make sure everyone knows about these problems that Rimm seems to be ignoring.
