When somebody in my contacts list calls my BB Bold 9930 I do not see the contact name, just the phone number.  However when my BB is unlocked and somebody in my contacts list calls then I see the associated name with the number.  When the phone is locked then I only see the number.  How can I see the caller name for anyone who is in my contacts list even when my phone is locked?  Thanks for any help.

Remove the content protection from your Contacts list.

Options > Security > Encryption > uncheck Include Contacts.

I Have That Same issue here any thoughts for the new Z 10 , i save all the numbers with country code as +965 <removed> but when i dail <removed> name not show up and also if the same number call i can't see the names???

Go to your Settings > Security > Encryption and turn off (disable) encryption.
