my old blackberry is 9780 and i am trying to transfer only contacts numbers to my new blackberry 9900.
After i do the backup through Blackberry Desktop Software and restore it back in the new device (9900) nothing appear to be change after i got w message telling me that restore is complete. PS: i have entreprise e-mail setup on the new BB 9900.
Please any help??

Thank you for your question regarding restoring Contacts to your device using the BlackBerry Desktop Software.
If you are currently active on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server, it is likely that your contacts are enabled for wireless synchronization and as a result, not allowing you to restore data to that particular database.
You may want confirm that this setting is disabled via your Contacts - Options, then try again.
