Contacts and Calendar Events Don't Sync

I have downloaded my contacts information from MobileMe to Outlook 2007 on my PC - no problem.  Now, trying to use Desktop Manager I am not able to correctly download or update my contacts.

 

When I synchronize, most contacts on the bold are listed several times while others are not listed at all, even though they are in Outlook.

 

Outlook is chosen as my source application for contacts and calendar information.

 

No calendar items appear on the blackberry either. 

 

I was using Missing Sync to organize contacts before running into this same problem.

 

Please Help.

UPDATE:

 

When I use Blackberry Desktop Manager, only the contacts in the "Contacts" sync - not any of the contacts that are in my other personal groups.

 

Why is this - more importantly, how can I fix it?
