Hi, I've sold my BB Bold and am temporary using a Motorola flip phone. I can't see my contacts anymore. Thought the contacts are all stored in the SIM card?
My Bold was also part of our BES and some are in my Outlook. However, I don't see all my contacts in my Outlook. I thought since we are using BES, all contacts should be synced? Pls help, thks.

If your device was on BES, all the info are in the Exchange Server, not in the Sim Card
If you leave your company all the info in Outlook and device is on the server and you can't access

It's ok. I found out why. When I initially bootup the phone with my SIM card, it did ask if I want to copy my contacts into the Address book and I said no. I tried again with a Pearl and said yes this time and I can see all my contacts.
If all my addresses are in my Outlook, how come I don't see them all in my Outlook Contacts. It's like some are in my Outlook and some are in my SIM card. My BES sync is setup as bi-directional.
