In the last month lots of BB users were experiencing the same issues with their OS7 devices. Namely, that the battery runs out not less than half a day!! And the device gets warm, meaning there is something activity pushing the cpu and resources to 100% and also there are constant network traffic generated sometimes 60MB.
This is getting annoying, what is happening in the background? We are suspecting that due to iPhone / Android integration the BBM service is doing some indexing when they restart their service online.
This is not individual case, and canot be battery issue.

Rather, the formal support and escalation channel begins with your mobile service provider, who escalates formally up to BlackBerry if required.
