Corrupt Documents to Go

I have had Documents to Go Premium for several months.  It disappeared off my home page and I tried to uninstall it and reinstall it hoping to fix the issue.  But it appears the backup was corrupt so it would not reinstall.  Now I can neither remove or reinstall it.  In my apps world it will not give me the option to buy or download a new copy, and whether I try to Uninstall or Delete it, I cannot totally remove it to start over.

 

I have a Bold 9790.

Thanks for the question.

 

I would suggest clearing the BlackBerry World cache and then go into Options>Device>Application Management and highlight Documents to Go Premium Edition, press Menu>Delete.  Then restart the BlackBerry Bold 9790 smartphone.

 

Proceed by going to BlackBerry World and click on My World and press Menu on Documents to Go Premium Edition and select reinstall.
