Date/Time Problems after Version 7.1.0 Bundle 2705 Upgrade

After I upgraded my Bold 9930 to Version 7.1.0 Bundle 2705, there is only 1 time zone.  I am in the Central time zone and the Phone is set to (GMT) Monrovia, Reykjavik time zone which is 5 hours ahead.  When I try to get Time Zones Updates, the phone comes back with "No Time Zone Updates found."  I had to set the time manually back 5 hours.  Unfortunately, some of the applications (calendar, facebook) show the time as 5 hours ahead.  Twitter applications shows all messages as 5 seconds ago.  Is there a way to go back to previous OS version? Or any other ideas?

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your device.

 

To clarify, when you go to Options>Display>Date and Time you do not have any time zones listed other than Reykjavik? 

 

If you hit the Menu key and select Update Time while in this menu, does the time reflect accurately?

Thank you for responding.  When I go to set the time automatically, the time adjusts 5 hours ahead.  There is only 1 time zone.  When I go to get Time Zone Updates, it says no updates found.
