Backup your BlackBerry device. Then Wipe your Handheld Restore your Backup without the calendar and calendar all. Then try to configure the calendar again.

I made the changes on the BB and verified that the same email was set as default on Outlook as you suggested.
It still did not work ... On Desktop Manager I also had to go to Organizer/Configure settings/select Calendar/advanced/map folder/ and remove and re-add the claendar folder for the "not installed' field to clear.
Working great now. Thanks again.

you are right. It worked. It took me almost a week to get this correct. Thank you for your accurate advice.
use your Blackberry DM, back up mobile, then go to options on mobile, got to security section (page down), wipe data. plug in mobile then let it rip. restore then you are up and running and syncing with outlook calendar.

Thanks to dkmashino!! Simple directions and to the point. I wish all of the solutions/recommendations worked this well! Some of these issues are incredibly frustrating and it's great to find accurate guidance.
