Backup your BlackBerry device. Then Wipe your Handheld Restore your Backup without the calendar and calendar all. Then try to configure the calendar again.

Re: Desktop manager shows calendar as not installed -can not sync

Thanks.

I made the changes on the BB and verified that the same email was set as default on Outlook as you suggested.

It still did not work ... On Desktop Manager I also had to go to Organizer/Configure settings/select Calendar/advanced/map folder/ and remove and re-add the claendar folder for the "not installed' field to clear.

Working great now. Thanks again.

Galo.

Re: Desktop manager shows calendar as not installed -can not sync

:Clap:you are right. It worked. It took me almost a week to get this correct. Thank you for your accurate advice.

:Clap:use your Blackberry DM, back up mobile, then go to options on mobile, got to security section (page down), wipe data. plug in mobile then let it rip. restore then you are up and running and syncing with outlook calendar.

Re: Desktop manager shows calendar as not installed -can not sync

dkmashino thanks.  Your tip pointed me in the right direction.  I am a Notes user, and my default email was pointing to the correct address.  I actually had to select an incorrect address on the phone (Bold 9000) and save it, then go back in and select the correct address and save it.  Once I had done that, Desktop Manager happily regained it's senses.
