Device keeps deleting read emails, but I still have PLENTY of memory??

Hi - I've just got my BBB and all was good until it started deleting emails within minutes of them being read without telling me - really inconsiderate! I have plenty of memory to go (over 31mb), and just installed a 16gb memory card as well - but it's still happening.

I've checked to ensure messages aren't filed away after reading, and that they're kept on the device for at least 30 days. I've even tried to save messages, but it's still happening.

I've read heaps of sites, but most indicate a memory issue, which it's not.

Can anyone help, or have I bought a dud?

Are you also viewing/reading the emails on a PC on Outlook or a web-based email viewer?

Hi - viewing emails on Outlook for home office. My BB is on BIS email - don't have a server.

Any ideas?
