I am using my 9000 with a TomTom Go 720T for handsfree in the car. It worked fine until recently when I was prompted to re-send my phonebook to the TomTom, now I have a phonebook full of numbers but no names.
I have cleared the phonebook on the TomTom and reset the connection between it and the 9000 but the download always does the same, numbers but no names.
I notice that my 9000 is now running v4.6 software and as everything was fine until a couple of weeks ago, could it be the latest software drop? Would appreciate any help.
