Diverting vcalls to voicemail

How do I change the time/number of rings before calls divert to voicemail on my BB9000 ? Currently they divert after two rings and before I get chance to answer phone

Hi and welcome to the forums!

Call your carrier.

I called Verizon (my carrier) and they increased the time before VM to 10 seconds.

10 is the "limit" from Verizon.
