Documents To Go

I am just trying out the Premium version of this but when trying to open a Word to Go document, continually get the error message "permission to your files was denied. Please configure your 
application permissions appropriately"......which I think I 
have via options/advanced options/applications/documents to go and then edit permissions to allow.....
Any suggestions please....thanks

Yes, go to Options - Advanced Options - Applications

 

Select "Documents To Go"

 

Open menu and select "Edit permissions"

 

Set the relevant permissions to Allow

 

Save and close the screen.

Thanks...but as I wrote, I have done all of that without any success unfortunately.

Thanks again but I've tried that as well and it doesn't seem to cover the premium trial offer.

Just my humble opinion.

 

If they neglect to help users on trial period - that's not a good choice to work with them and buy their products.

 

How a user can evaluate their product when they refuse to help ?

 

I am sorry, I am not a Docs To Go user, and I cannot provide you a helpful advice about this product.

Set all permissions for this product to Allow.

 

And save the settings.

Everyhing is set to Allow but the application throws an error message about permissions ?

 

And DataViz refuses to help?
