No .RIM has successfuly repaired BB handsets in India. Mine was repaired too, and its been 4 months, no stutter. And very few people have faced this problem( atleast this is what the dealers say)
I know, mine was repaired and later replaced too. But I know many people who had to struggle a lot for repair/replacement. When this issue was so global, they could have done a product recall. After this issue may people left the Blackberry brand.
