Good deal. I recommend you use blackberry protect. Its a free online backup for your phone. I have the link in my signature.

Your OS reload should have made a backup.


Open the PC > Desktop Software.

Connect your BlackBerry.

Once connected, click on Device > Restore > Select data and select only your Address Book.

The tray layout is the standard since BlackBerry 6. On BlackBerry 7 though, you get the possibility to remove some of the trays, and in the end if you remove them all it's like OS5 as far as the home screen is concerned.
