With my first BB 9900 I would download music etc from the internet using 3G and it would literally take seconds. Now, with my second BB 9900, I have full 3G signal but the download is super slow and never finishes downloading, it just says error. I've cleared my cache history and rebooted tons of times. Please help!
Many from your region/carrier report similar issues. Some have followed their formal support and been told that it's a network congestion issue...but the "blame" shifts back and forth between the carrier(s) and RIM.
In order for this matter to receive adequate attention, all who experience it must open a formal support ticket with their mobile network provider (MTN, according to your profile).
Occam's Razor nearly always applies when troubleshooting technology issues!
