E-Mail issues - keeping copy on desktop!!!

I have a Blackberry 9000.  I must have changed a setting somewhere because I am receiving e-mails on my Blackberry but a copy is not on my desktop.  I did not realize this until I returned to work and realized that messages I had received on my handheld did not appear in Outlook -- and of course I had deleted the ones on my handheld!!!  Please help!!!!!

Are you on a corporate BES system or a personal BIS acocunt?

In other words, does your employer handle your email account?

I have very limited knowledge when it comes to this stuff -- sorry.  OK I don't have a clue as to what a BES or BIS account is!  I believe I do not have a corporate account.  I have a hotmail and prodigy account but none are handled through a corporate office.

I would reboot both your PC and your BB (battery pull) and try watching both again. See if that behavior continues.
