Our smartphone business park consists of BB Bold 9900 software version 7.1 Bundle 2061, managed by BES 4.1.6 MR8 (Rollup) (Bundle 222).
From a couple of days, one of our devices have this problem:
E-mail message older than approximately 20-24 hours disappear from the device.
E-mail configuration looks good.
Days to keep Message = 90.
No settings for email filters.
Wireless Reconciliation is active (with delete on Mailbox&Handheld and Maibox Wins on Conflicts).
Have You any idea on how to solve this problem?
What is the cause?
Text Message are displayed in inbox message, but they not disappear.
Hoping to solve I removed battery with device on, I have send a new HRT registration request and I have resent Services book.
Any other suggestion?

If a device faces memory constraints (available flash memory on the decreases to less than 400 KB) then Low Memory Manager (LMM) is activated automatically . Flash memory is used to store BlackBerry smartphone applications such as messages, calendar, contacts, tasks, memos, and third-party applications.

Unfortunately months later the problem occurred again: emails and calendar entries are deleted.
Unfortunately I was unable to check the amount of available memory on bb before emails and calendar entries deletion.
Does anyone have any other ideas?
