Hello Sir this is dinesh sutar from karnataka india 

 
i have one problem in blackberry 
 
i am using blackberry 9870 Bold
 
once receive my Text massage then its showing but after few days mean 1 month 
 
its showing Green & its empty.. 
 
I try 
 
update my blackberry phone 2 time 
also wipe my phone 3 to 4 time 
 
 
but problem is not solve please give me the solution of this problem soon as possible.....
