Email Accounts

Hello,
Am facing a problem with my blackberry which is related to the email accounts ! I have BB 9900 and when I want to setup an email the email accounts button doesn't exist in the setup options ! I did many tires but I didn't find any solution. What I have to do to find email accounts button ?!

Welcome to BlackBerry Support Forums

 

To use those proprietary  BlackBerry Services like personal emails, BBM etc.  we need Specific data plans from our carrier i;e BlackBerry Data Plan / BIS . Do you have it in your account ? If you don't have it then call your Carrier to add it in your account . Once those services are activated in your account you can setup your personal emails.
