Email Response via IMAP

My company just changed to Exchange Server 2010 and my Blackberry connects via IMAP.  Previously the response for emails to get to my Blackberry was almost (if not faster) than the Outlook client on my desktop.  Now they are delayed as much as 15 to 20 minutes.  My IT person thinks it is my device but has no knowledge of Blackberry devices.  Is this an Exchange Server setting issue or a BB device issue?  If it is Exchange, can you give me any insight on how to resolve the issue?  There is no Blackberry Enterprise Server at our company.

Thanks for any insight or help you can offer!

Re: Email Response via IMAP

Trying to narrow this down.

Are other blackberry users at the company having the same issue?  What else has been tried at this point?  (removed and add account to blackberry, etc)

Re: Email Response via IMAP

Yes, my boss that I work with has the same problem.  I work remotely so I don't have a lot of contact with other blackberry users.  My boss is located in a different place from me and we are both located in other states from the home office where the Exchange server resides.

They have asked me to do a security wipe of my phone and I have done that.  I have also sent service books and reset the email account on the Blackberry.  I have no control on the Exchange server end of this.  The IT person asked me to do the security wipe as he thought that was the issue.  It has made no difference.

Re: Email Response via IMAP

They should open a case with RIM or Microsoft to see what needs to be adjusted or changed.
