I have a user who is having her email sending out often from the wrong email address on the phone.
She has 2 addresses, a default work one (BES), and then a personal email. What happens is, right now everything is set to default to the BES unless she's actually in the other mailbox. However, if she happens to be in her personal mailbox and forwards something to her assistant, the next time she wants to email her assistant, it seems to turn the default from to the personal email, and not the default (BES) box. It seems to remember the last mailbox you sent to that person from until you manually change it back to the default mailbox.
Is there any way around this?
