Email Settings

I have various email accounts set up on my blackberry and want to add a new one. When I go to 'setup' and 'email settings' there is a green tick against 'email settings' and it won't connect. Can anyone help?

Thanks

Re: Email Settings

Please try this FIRST, using your BlackBerry browser...

• Go to mobile.blackberry.com OR to www.blackberry.com/integrate
• Scroll down to Communication and then to Email.
• Choose the appropriate email set up options.

If that works and completes your email setup/editing, good.
