Hi All,
I've a 9700. BIS&BES activated and working. Corporate E-mail working properly.
when I want to add my personal POP3 account I go to set up then e-mail configuration and after clic I get an erro message saying:
The device has a problem when conecting to the server of this aplication. Select accept and repit the action to try again" this is a pop up window with a question mark on left.
What do you seggest I can do?

I am on AT&T. Please edit your Personal Profile with your DEVICE TYPE, DEVICE OS and Carrier

Contact your BESAdmin and see if you are allowed to do so.

I've already called them , there's no restriction to add personal accounts....

Hi,
Go to the Carrier's bis website and log on and manually enter the BB details there...
