I stopped receiving emails from my Blackberry which I synced to my outlook exchange account. I have the Enterprise Service linked to my email account. I have contacted the BES administrator at my organization, go a new password, registered, got confirmation that " Your handheld has been registered with the wireless network." Have contacted my provider Sprint and they said it has to do with my Enterprise account.
I even added my email as an internet address only to be receiving double emails, Later deleted that account, still nothing works. I need help please.
