Email address configuration problem

Hi,

I have a new Bold but I am not able to configure email addresses.

I use Belgacom(Vodaphone) as service provider but I want to use Redirector and/or BIS via WiFi.
In the email setup screen I only have the BES option, not the BIS nor Redirerctor.
The redirector is also missing on the Desktop Manager.

 

I then tried to register for BIS, but on the website I receive the warning "Device lready registered with a different service provider".

When I check for the provider nr on the BOLD I get the correct one.

I called my service provider Belgacom (Vodaphone) in Belgium but the say that they can't help me because they don't support email via WiFi. They tell me it is not possible to use the BIS without paying them for the data service !!!!

I hope someone can help me with this missing Redirector or how I can register for BIS without my service provider?
