Email, internet and messenger problems with my BOLD - ATT

I switched to a Blackberry Bold with ATT 3 weeks ago and I have had the following problems:

I wasn't getting my Blackberry Messenger messages and emails; everytime the phone was changing from 3G to EDGE or GSM, etc, I stopped getting Blackberry messenger and email messages. I went to ATT store and they told me to resend the service books and they also change my sim card. After this, the problem decrease and it's happening less often.

Now, since December 31st I stopped receiving emails. I resent service books and I still dont receive any emails; on the other hand, my Blackberry messenger is working fine.

What can I do now? is this an ATT problem? and OS problem? a BOLD problem?

I had the 8830 with sprint before this phone and I have never had so many issues.

Re: Email, internet and messenger problems with my BOLD - ATT

Hi,

First send yourself a pin to pin message. If you receive it your data plan is in place.

If you don't some one pulled the plug. Have your carrier reoption your phone.

If you received it go to options, advanced options and click on Host Routing Tables. Highlight (do NOT click)

menu key select register now. Wait for the activation message. The go to email setup and send service books.

Make sure you get one for each email account. Then:

No data will be lost when doing the following: pull the battery while the device is ON.

Replace after a minute, Let the device reboot 1-3 min, see if the problem is fixed.

Thanks
