Hi,

Please help...

I was having an issue with one app on my phone that stopped working so a did a complete wipe on my phone.

Before I did the wipe, I backed up my phones contacts locally and I did a remote backup of my bbm contacts.

Now I have setup my email account on the phone again but I am unable to restore my bbm contacts. Every time I try restore my bbm contacts I get the error message "(my email) is not linked to any blackberry messenger account".

How do I contact support? I really need this sorted out...

How can it say that my email is not linked to any blackberry messenger account? I've been using this email with blackberry bis and bbm for years.

That's the reason i trash my Dakota.
