I was tired of not being able to download attachments on gmail so I removed the gmail app from my 9650 (OS 6) and went to set up my account through the BB email client. I have yet to receive a single email to my BB despite sending several test email from other email accounts.
Here is what I have done to try to fix this problem:
Downgrade to 5
Upgraded to 6
Ran the diagnostic
Re-activate on the server
Please help, I am at a real loss as to why I am not receiving email on my phone.
**Forgot to add that when I go back into the Setup Wizard, I cannot access the email account. I click the center button and it does nothing. It won't let me in to edit the email.

In your phone's browser, type www.blackberry.com/integrate . That should solve the issue.
Let us know if it does.

I tested the link from my phone and it worked. Make sure you're typing it in to your phone's browser and not your PC browser.
