i replaced my curve with bold 9700 and face the same problem. Try everything but still cannot set up the email. Any other solution. Really frustrated or shoul i just go to my service provider? thank you

Hi guys! I don't know what is going on but I cannot log in to my email via the web (PC web) as it keeps saying recognised you are using your email on another device when I put in my email & password(Security)so it then asks me for my security question;how old is your nephew?huh...I then put in a answer & that doesn't work! Then yahoo say looks like someone else is trying to access your account & it won't allow me to enter my email account on (PC web)! But I get all the emails straight onto my blackberry??why is it that the blackberry device is blocking me from accessing my email acc. on the web (PC web) ?? This is highly frustrating guys...
