Email setup option

When I want to select an email setup option, why i only have one option stated: I want to use a work email account with a BlackBerry Enterprise server.(Under BB Enterprise Server Option).

When I go through the start up guide stated should be have others option to choose, but I have only one stated as above. I dont have other option like "I want to create or add an email address" under BB internet service option.

Please explain and how I can use to send and received email?

Thanks in advance.

Please use plain text.

Re: Email setup option

wich is your carrier and where?, you have a BIS correct?

The other option to activate the mail is : go to your carrier's web page, log in on your account, go to setup blackberry mail, made the setup, and after few seconds you have the mail activate on your blackberry.

Answer the questions i asked please.

Re: Email setup option

You need to subscribe to a BlackBerry Data Plan from your carrier, then you will get the "personal email setup" icon you need.

Re: Email setup option

The Carrier is the company that bring to you the service in your cellular, for example in Usa they are Tmobile, ATT, Sprint, Verizon.

Re: Email setup option

Your carrier is the wireless provider who provides the SIM card you have in the device.

Such as: http://www.blackberry.com/ap/products/blackberry/emailsetup.shtml

Read down the page to Malaysia.
