Emails, PINs, text messages keep disappearing from Bold 9900. Device is connected to a BES server. Device was replaced and account recreated on the server but still happening. Any idea why and how to fix the issue?

Since you are on BES, you really should work with your BES admin...they have control over many things, and it's possible they are enforcing some expiration that you are not aware of.
