Emails not appearing in icon

[ Edited ]

Great thanks. Can I ask another question. Now when I get emails on this phone, they come in through my notification screen and I can read them there but it doesn't show up within my actual email account icon on the phone. Nothing since the registering the email on the phone successfully email shows up on the actual phone. How can I fix this?

Please use plain text.

Sure.. you can ask. I will get a moderator to move this question to another section of the forum since this thread is for another topic.

IN that actual email account icon... what is there? Nothing? When did this change?

Re: App World system requirements

Right after activating my email. I have all my emails in the email icon up to activating it. So now when a new one comes in - it only flashes at the top notification bar where I can open and read it, but once read or before its read even - its not in the email account on the phone .. Thanks

Re: App World system requirements

Can you find your Main messages folder.. not the email specific folder, and are the new emails included there?

Good.

Open that main messages folder.

Press the Menu key > Options > Inbox Management.

  • If you check an account, it will be included in the 'Main" messages list.
  • Unchecked, the messages will flow the email-specific folder.
