I have recently setup my new Bold 9780 device. All seems to be working well with my emails except that my device is not updating my mails prior to the date that I did the enterprise activation.

Please check whether mails prior to the date of enterprise activation are available on server or not. Normally mails available on server only sync with Blackberry.

From previous phone setup, all mails was available as well as the rest of the office.
How can I double check that?
All my folders were updated on my device as per Outlook on my laptop, except witout any mail content.

Thanks for your input,
There is setting in outlook of " Leave a copy on server", what ever the day you select, mails till that period will available on server and same will sync with your device during activation.
And as far as your previous device concern, the mail which you are talking about are the header which you have already downloaded on your handheld, that is why those are showing there. You may take backup from previous device using Blackberry Desktop manager and restore it on new handheld.
Login to your mail account using web page and check those mails are available there or not, about which you are talking.
For getting mails on different folder, you have to do folder redirection using below method
Open Mail ICon on Blackberry > Press Menu (BB Sign) > Option > Email preferences > Again Press Menu > Click on Folder Redirection and then Check folders you want to redirect on your device.

Don't have that setting on Outlook. We run an exchange server. This was not a problem in the past on previous device. Unfortunately do not have a backup of the previous device. Folder options were all ecceptable. Went on our web mail access and all mails are on there.
