Re: Error 13000 when purchasing apps! Grr!!

Has the 13000 error been resolved yet?  I have spent 5 hours trying to spend $0.99! I've tried everything I can find. I think I will return the unit to the store on Monday. It is easy to see why RIM is in trouble (just got to be a customer!).

Hi and Welcome to the Community -- and apologies for the delay!

Subsequent to the timeframe of this thread, there is a new KB regarding that error:

  • KB27348 "Error ID 13000" is encountered when attempting to purchase an application from BlackBerry App World

Hopefully it contains something useful!
