i'm using curve 8520, How to remove App Error 523 on the screen, I've tried all even starting the phone on safe mode is failing because when its loads it shows "uncaught exception index 18 < of 18 then it return to white screen.

Hi, i have encoutered that problem a dozen times over. I hope you recently did a backup of all your data. Well in my case, I had to run a new OS. And lost all my Data...... I suggest u run the operating software all over again....Well dats what I did though.

SOLUTION of ERROR 523 Its very easy when you have two blakberry, use blackberry desktop manager, then go to device switch wizard, transfer your data from the working device and wait for the message to insert the faulty one, the click next wait untl its done.

Ja its difficult I was struggling to so I got a friend and borrowed his bb then I did the above and ma phone was kbac

Okay, do u have a pc? If u do then instal de desktop manager

I have been trying to load it on my pc and it has refused ......it says the file is damaged or  file not executable ....

So I want to try the option for someone else with a black berry..so tell me when i get it what exactly do I do?
