Error App 603 Message

How do I fix the error issue?

Device info: Balckabery Bold 9900

Your carrier: T-Mobile

Model info and OS version: The phone did not allow me to even get inside the phone before reset.

How do I get ride of the error 603 so that I can use the phone. Currently it keep on telling me to rest.

Hi, I'm having a similar problem with my bold 9780, it reads app error 606. Don't know what to do. If you manage to sort it out please let me know how it is done and I will likewise do the same.
