Hi,
When I use Desktop Manager v5.0.1 to sync my address book contacts to outlook 2003, I get this error message:
"unable to read application data"
and my contacts do not sync.I have tried the Technical Solution Center already.
Would appreciate any advice. Thanks!

thanks jsanders! it turned out to be the phone software that needed to be updated.
